the problem is: you're skipping steps. you cannot expect user competence before education of tool use. smart phones were put in the hands of almost every global citizen without any competency training or genuine social dialog about them.
you cannot unravel the problems without bolstering radical knowledge about the hardware used, and misuse mitigated.
