I haven't given it enough thought to have a good list but I like yours. Although I'm not a big Lincoln fan. Personally I think he's overrated. First president to manipulate the currency (greenbacks), and the Civil War resulted in way more centralized federal power. I like Andrew Jackson. Some people hate him and some things he did are highly unethical but his style was unmatched and he at least preserved the nation and prevented central banks.
