Not to mention they haven't been able to keep a single peace agreement. They push into the West Bank, there's a conflict, they agree to stop new settlements. Rinse and repeat. 

By settlements, I mean militarily ccupying land that's not theirs and making life hell for those that actually live there with military checkpoints and harassment. Eventually pushing them out to make way for Israeli expansion. It's just bad business.
