All I see here is a supply mentality on the part of these people involved.

How can a judge / civil servant even begin to question the state or even the EU?
Even in partial aspects ?

He doesn't do it and he can't do it.

 "Niemand beißt die Hand, die einen füttert" und am eigenen Ast sägen sind schöne Grundsätze, um gewisse Zusammenhänge zu beschreiben. Aber sie treffen nicht zu 100% auf jeden zu. Edward Snowden ist nur ein Beispiel. Der Ausstieg aus dem Beamtentum ist keine Unmöglichkeit.
