Always astounding to find Bitcoiners who don’t believe space satellites exist, despite using GPS everyday. nostr:note1qrn7qf2rnjr4mf424afffej8x56qh962qkq6dgc89d4gzaluuyasf08r0z
This is like believing water doesn’t exist, despite drinking it every day.
Yes but that's a thing. See "this is water" by David Foster Wallace. 😀
 Excellent point.
"If you cannot exercise this kind of choice in adult life, you will be totally hosed" XD

But seriously, yeah, wow. I'm currently reading Modern Man In Search of a Soul by Carl Jung. It's too much for me right now, but I intend to read it again in the future, but this reminded me of a chapter where he discussed some ancient history in relation to consciousness, or a soul, in relation to the "head"
I'll have to add this after Infinite Jest ⌛️
Will add that to my list
Don't they watch the weather forecast either?
 One wonders
I do wonder what specific conspiracy theory is behind this anti-satellite thing. I had never heard it before.
GPS relies on a geocentric standard. It's amazing people think this is some sort of gotcha.
This kid sucked on the future straw!
The internet is connected by undersea cables and you cant use gps in more remote areas. NASA is the world’s top consumer of helium, to keep their satelloons afloat. https://image.nostr.build/dcf8d810c82cd08ff6d6d16c346201b82218064ca720afeb7ac55b7a73c09977.jpg

 Don’t Trust, Verify

works on all kinds of things.
They probably use GPS to get to their Flat Earth Society Meetings
 😄🤣
