Select text on a web page, tap the sharrow, select the shortcut which then creates a new markdown file with the formatted  markdown from the selected text including any links as well as a link to the original article. Or, it could just be copied to the clipboard for use on WordPress. Can even set it to open a new post on your WordPress site in Safari. Shortcuts is amazing.
