Apologies, but this narrative doesn't quite align with my experience during and after the so-called "C-crisis." In my view, it was more of a test of idiocracy than anything else. While it’s true that the impact was harsher the further down the income ladder you went, let’s not ignore the fact that even the so-called 'upper class' will inevitably face the consequences of their actions—especially when it comes to what they chose to inject into themselves.
On the brighter side, however, new communities have emerged, growing stronger by the day. Should a similar scenario arise again, these individuals will likely approach it with greater wisdom, refusing to fall into the same traps. One can only hope for a more enlightened response next time around.
