Work-life balance is a very real thing I pity the consultant/accountant types who work 60 hours a week
There's no living in that life. That's slavery. Self inflicted or not.
I think everyone has a different idea of balance. Working hard now to avoid working harder later. The effects compound. $200k when I'm 25 is worth a hell of lot more invested correctly then when I'm 40, in debt, and cost of living 6 times what it is a single man is. I have time now, might as well use it to save me some when I need it later.
