Yup i think so. But the argument is wrong in that i believe that the simulation is run by infinite beings that created this simulation to get limitations.
So by extrapolating the limits of this simulation to outside the simulation is wrong logic. 

 Our current reality is as real as it gets.  

 I agree that it is real, i just don't think the limitations of this reality are everywhere. (we can go outside this reality).
