China is clearing out nations, of belt and road, except only for the good workers.
China Joe has agreed to take the violent, the crazy, the dead weight, and so has EU that's why.

The Chinese will be starting work in South America too.
It's not only Latinos coming from the border. I wouldn't doubt if every country represented coming in, is from a nation that China is driving the trash out.
