Luxembourg. Monarchy isn’t always intrusive. Also pretty much anything would be better than the fascist socialism that currently exists in Canada and the USA. 

Maybe do some of your own research instead of disagreeing by default?

 Also I’m not “for” monarchy. I am for complete voluntarism.
