 It is. We had 37 this year, growing up I'd get back from trick or treating and my moknwould have a tally of well over 100. Seems like lots of towns have "safe place" trick or treat that everyone goes to now. No more door to door.

 Not counting my kid, there were 2 whole trick or treaters on our street. We went to a couple streets over and there were tons of kids.

 Surprisingly where we went there were quite a few out and about. Even though it rained, was muggy AF, and a school night. Around here, they've started having trunk-or-treats the Saturday before.
