What was extreme about it? Its just a factual statement. Thankfully, you already know - but what if you hadn't? I have an aunt who is addicted to sugar and always puts on sunblock and she has cancer now. People don't know stuff.
You imply no exceptions.
I implicitly respect other peoples' judgement.
During covid lockdowns I made more conscious effort to expose my skin to sunlight. So eg. To wear shorts t shirt. And make an effort to spend more time in the in my back garden to get more sun. But I would still wear a hat because I didn't necessarily want to get my face too tanned. Totally avoid use of any sunblock of course.
I was one of the dummies that got the vaccine. Pretty quickly afterwards, I started having difficulty breathing. Its still ongoing, but I think I'm past the worst of it. On days when I don't get enough sunlight, the breathing problems return. Or if I eat bread. Its weird. Sunlight and exercise keep me breathing.
