That has been going on for a few years in Spain as well. First they allowed card payments (with the corresponding penalty by the exchange). Then not even that, so I moved on and started to use Wise. Now Wise too blocks payments to exchanges.

So I have long moved to non-KYC P2P markets only. They did me a favor truly, even though P2P is far from ideal if I am in a rush to either buy or sell.
