Feature request. Can you please add toggle / setting that makes timeline NOT load media notes

So everything normal MINUS notes with media links.

Why? So my 2nd device (graphene + orbot wifi only) can have snappy experience. 

 There is a setting that the link is shown instead of the preview of the image. Is that what you want?
