Trying to understand the #carnivore diet a bit more. Been mostly keto for years. Would this dish be considered carnivore? Pulled pork, ham, Swiss, Dijon, and pickles. Not sure 🤔 if the pickles and mustard make it non-carnivore. TIA

To me it is. No starchy side
Keto is trickier because of the sugar in sauces and stuff but I dont advocate keto for long periods of time simply because its not sustainable. People love eating piles of meat.
Easy peasy

We don’t use many sauces. If we do it’s something we make, usually with heavy cream. I’m good at reading labels and have eliminated all seed oils and almost all sugar. I will occasionally use cane sugar. Does carnivore consume any fruit/veg?
That's Carnivore-enough for most people! The majority don't have to be 100% strict carnivore...
One aspect of carnivore is getting plenty of quality nutrients, which I'm sure this achieves

Another aspect is getting rid of things that give you problems. Meat, cheese and vinegar are probably all fine. If you don't have any problems with tumeric or cucumber then this is probably fine.
Pretty darn close! Only the pickles and mustard are not. Anything that comes from plants = not carnivore
