 This document really is quite something. Coming from State, it appears to assert the US's position that China, not Russia, is our primary adversary in cyber operations. That may always have been true, but this is the most explicit statement of such that I've seen.

 @663e5b60 it lines up with most things I’ve seen the past few years explicitly naming China as the “pacing threat” (eg national security strategy, national defense strategy…)
