i hope you realize that the cost of services provided by government ( such as health care, education, roads etc. ) is a FLAT COST 

the government spends as much ( IF NOT MORE ) on health care of poor people as it does on health care of rich people

thus the tax should be THE SAME FOR EVERYONE

not a percentage of income - BUT A FLAT RATE

about 80% of people would not be able to pay this rate AND THOSE PEOPLE BELONG BACK IN MEXICO, AFRICA, INDIA ETC

they should not be entitled to benefits of living in a society that only exists because of the other 20% of Engineers, Doctors etc.
