Just try sneak some time every week to come closer to your goal. For me it took 9 month to leave fiat back in 2015. Insecurities always have been there. Germans only have insecurities, when it comes to quitting a job to work for yourself. So that did not help a lot. 
Just believe in and work on your goal and the way will pave itself.
