I honestly can't tell which dystopian future they're trying to advertise. 
Is it that they'll use DNA to create profiles on us, to analyze all the genetic imperfections and illnesses we might be prone to, and discriminate against us based on that data?
Is it that they'll institute a surveillance state that uses skin flakes to track us down, like in Gattaca? 
Is it that they'll use genetic engineering & reprogramming to have us store data into our DNA?
The sentence is so vague, that you could even say they're promising the good future, in which your DNA will be YOUR data (and nobody else's), as in it will be a resolved privacy issue, and no company or government will have any right to access it in any way.
