I understand the feeling of someone sneaking in your every communication; pretty annoying and having access to little details of your life can cause harm in a way that couldn’t even be imagined. It’s a sort of bullying. 
If appropriate keywords are used in the Artificial Intelligence search sustained by investigations requests approved by court, the privacy of ordinary people won’t be affected.
