Saying all the Jews at Auschwitz died of typhus and TB is exactly the same as saying Hamas is using Al-Shifa Hospital as a command node. In both cases the genocidaires had every reason to lie, and a history of lazy efforts at fakes. In both cases, the testimony of Europeans from neutral countries flatly contradicts the lies of the genocidaires. A small number of Jews at Auschwitz may or may not have actually died of typhus. Hamas may or may not have deeply dug tunnels passing underneath the hospital. In both cases, the both sides are expected to refrain from massacring civilians, and use minimum force and only when the harm would be proportionate to the military advantage gained. So, zero.
