@40ceb4c5 I saw it a lot in Alaska. Infuriating. I was often hoping a pissed off grizzly would go after them. Then they'd load those beasts onto their man-trucks and drive off, leaving behind so much damage. 

 @0548cb44 they also start fires, so I would love to see them getting a harder crackdown. can't use it responsibly? can't use it at all. 

 @40ceb4c5 They don't care. There should be some kind of environmental stewardship test required and oath taken before you get to enter protected lands. 

 @0548cb44 you basically want it to be annoying enough for most people not to bother with it, but available to people of all incomes/etc. I am on board...
