 There is, but, it's expensive.  

 Actually it’s not too hard to get a few hours to start off a logbook, then you can do further hours with instructors in flying clubs, eventually paying to get at least some trips done ;-)

Then of course once you have the license there are few limits! 

 Aren’t there airlines that don’t have to deal with TSA & other bullshit if the total number of passengers is less than 100? Pretty sure I heard @ODELL talking about it
