 Kevin McCarthy crying about "open borders" while simultaneously threatening a government shutdown because he's a piss poor Speaker who has made horrible leadership decisions and he's now scared of losing his job. I can't stand that guy.

indeed. my tiny amount of schadenfreude at seeing how he is  suffering after getting his "dream job" is completely drowned under my anger at all the damage and chaos he and his dysfunctional/idiot party are doing to so many people. the blast radius from GOP cruelty is just staggering.
