what's the best coffee you've ever had? i'm still yet to experience the magical south american coffee that i keep on hearing about
The best coffee ever has been roasted in the past 3 days. That is 99% of what great coffee is
I was once in a small coffee roastery. It was heaven. The smell alone...
One of the best I’ve ever had is from Kona, Hawaii.
how would you describe it from your memory? what made it stand out?
The smoothness of it is the first one that came to mind. The taste and smell came after. It smells caramel like and even on the acidity in terms of taste. It's similar to Ethiopia which is my next fav.
love the smell of caramel with a passion, sounds absolutely magical
@boatingaccident and I love Sightglass Toketee which is distinctly caramel and so rich and good We get it from @brewHQ
Totally agree. I’m a sucker for Kona ☕️
Colombian coffees are some of my faves Try to find a geisha, those are spectacular
what's a geisha?
El Salvadoran beans are the best that I’ve ever tasted.
what made them so special?
The only coffee I’ve ever enjoyed black has been at an Ethiopian restaurant. Pretty sure it’s not just the bean, but the preparation, because really good smelling Ethiopian coffee prepared at home isn’t as good. (It’s still very good, though)
