 I was once in a small coffee roastery. It was heaven. The smell alone...

 It was awesome. Maybe instead of drinking so much coffee, I should sit in a roastery for a few hours every day 😂 

 I’d disagree, 2 weeks post roast I find to be the sweet spot. But that’s just me 

 One of the best I’ve ever had is from Kona, Hawaii. 

 how would you describe it from your memory? what made it stand out? 

 The smoothness of it is the first one that came to mind. The taste and smell came after. It smells caramel like and even on the acidity in terms of taste. It's similar to Ethiopia which is my next fav.

 Geisha is a type coffee tree that produces super high quality coffee beans. Sweeter, more fruity flavors.

These are less common and more expensive, but totally worth it 

 Coffee house near me has coffee from South America and Africa. The African ones are the best. Really flavourful

 El Salvadoran beans are the best that I’ve ever tasted. 

 what made them so special? 

 They might be the most aromatic beans. It's soft like linden. Never burns your throat. It tastes a bit like honey, tbh. But don’t get confused, it’s still a strong coffee.

 The only coffee I’ve ever enjoyed black has been at an Ethiopian restaurant. Pretty sure it’s not just the bean, but the preparation, because really good smelling Ethiopian coffee prepared at home isn’t as good. (It’s still very good, though)
