 Damnit i can never remember how to get note tags to work properly. "@" the note ID just intuitively seems like it should work right?

 One would think! The most consistent way I have found is "nostr:[NoteID]"

 this is a client problem. on Rabbit, i see the @ and then the note displayed correctly.
