@39199a26 I suppose it's related to other workflow bypassing that always happens because people don't trust the workflow to work. 

ie, you file a PR and instead of waiting for someone to review and/or merge it, you ping people to do that or add 'ping: can anyone review this' to the PR. 

I don't know what the answer is, but if the workflow doesn't work, seems like it should be fixed instead of bypassed. 

 @bd76e7c7 In fairness, I don't trust myself for that workflow to work.  I have never setup my work voicemail and if it weren't for Google Voice, I'd be unlikely to ever check my personal number's voicemail.
