Cashu is crazy great.
Maimn reason is as the mint, I can't see who you zapped, where your funds came from or where they went. Can't see your account, etc. Only the total inflows and outflows of sats from my node

Cashu has great privacy for both its users and mint providers.  

 Also TREMENDOUSLY CHEAPER fee's than traditional ⚡ payment
