 Keep reporting. Explicit content should be marked as sensitive by the author. Then you can hide all sensitive content.

I don't know if anyone is thinking to build "stories" on Nostr, but they could end up looking similar in the ui

Would be neat to do something like that. Amethyst may be an everything app, but it'd be nice to turn certain things off, too. :) 

 Only if optional please. There are reel people and not reel people, some float through them for half an hour or longer, others never go there. 
Like that woman on the plane famously noted about the alleged motherfucker that isn't reel, it is a heartfelt issue to some.  

 If there's an option to nope the heck out of that nonsense. (I'm not the target market, but gosh, I don't like reels/stories since there's no need for them since we don't need stratified content to work around a crappy algo.
