Okay fediverse people with more #kitchen and #cooking knowledge than me... which means about 99% of you: I have had a #knife set for years and never really noticed this particular one. I pulled it out looking to cut an apple and now I'm just puzzled because I can't figure out what it's supposed to be for. Google hasn't helped.
