 Is the Primal wallet a phone app thing only? I can't figure how to enable zaps from the Web app.

 Primal wallet is currently iOS only. Coming to Android very soon. At some point we will also have a web version. 

In the meantime, you can use Alby to enable zaps via the web app.

 Yes, I noticed that too. Hopefully it's temporary and they'll start accepting new users soon. I'm honestly not aware of other options.
