I just got a new sandbox phone and put #GrapheneOS on it.  I'm really digging it, but one thing I'm making sure to do is only install open source apps.  I specifically do not want xitter on this phone!

Much better android experience IMO, but then again, I am a tinkerer... 😏

 GrapheneOS + F-Droid = bliss

For when you can't use an open source app, and you can "add [webpages] to home screen" in any browser. I use that for weather, price lookups and a bunch of other stuff. It's pretty close to as good as a proprietary app but without all the permissions and spying on you.
