At the community level, no. 
Globally that could be argued but I think #bitcoin is truth. 

 When you think about all the cool stuff on nostr and how that will enable people to communicate freely without censorship, this is a big deal. Not good is censorship resistant money if you can’t associate with the people?? I love #Bitcoin BTW, just thinking out loud.

I am on and off on more dedicated nostr time. It's getting easier though to stick around, which is a good sign. More signal. 

 Yea went nostr only a few weeks ago! That algo is SOB , I get it!! I just decided to go for it. It’s been a good experience so far and much easier the longer you are away for  X. You definitely have more signal here and way more engagement. On X I thought I was shouting into the abyss half the time lol.

 Both #nostr and #bitcoin liberate us to freely interact with the world and we have not seen or imagined the full extent of how together they will change humankind 

 Can’t wait to see the world on a Bitcoin standard while using nostr as an everyday protocol.. The future is bright! 

 As I understand things, a new nostr could be built from the ground up to overcome the particular reasons for the current nostr failing (if this were to occur).

However, given the unique ‘story’ of Bitcoin thus far, this would be almost impossible to replicate or closely match (if Bitcoin were to fail).

Therefore - from this angle of recovering from failure - I think that Bitcoin is more important than Nostr. 

 Makes sense, Bitcoin is a zero to one invention that can’t be replicated.. that a huge advancement for mankind
