Thanks, I’ll check out the ones you mentioned, I’ve heard of wine and eden but never bothered.  

To me having to “top up” or pay every week/month is bad UX.  I love the Mullvad model - flat monthly pricing, but you can pay for as many months as you’d like in advance.
