I think I found a way to remove the reply guy spam, disconnect from the relays which the reply guy is using, and in my case all but one stopped replying. For that last one I clicked on the profile of the bot and blocked and it seems that did the job.

 I hope this solution lasts. 🙏 

 Seems this works, as there are no annoying reply guy comments in this note. 🍾
