Art, in my view, has always been about unique imagination. The constraint of not being able to draw that imagination has been removed by AI, democratizing art. Now, everyone can compete based on the creativity of their thoughts.

Eg,  I can add color and customize website layouts, a professional designer is still needed for inspirational ideas. 

 Also it can lower the bar to enter the market, if you are an artist to be.

You don't need great designing skills, you "only" need good imagination or ideas.

So I guess it will be good to those who can adapt, and bad to those who ignore it.

But this is general for technological innovation.
