@3aa33ca7 that sucks, sorry for your loss. I had one die yesterday out of nowhere. It got hot all of a sudden so maybe that. She was fine in the morning. Went to go give them some treats at 2pm and she was laying there dead. Weird. I run my hardware cloth out 2ft under the run, rocks over then built on top of that. I haven't had anything get in yet, knock on wood. It's always something ain't it
@3aa33ca7 How'd they get in and out? We lost over 3/4 our flock from a weasel-related beast. Pushed in on the HC that was stapled to rotted wood. Killed and stacked then couldn't get out. Dug a good amount. Right before vacation too. Had to do some hasty upgrades.
