@4b16f0b6 at what point do we get to reject CA as a state of the union?  They're government is completely corrupted, they're stealing their own money, then through land mismanagment declaring emergencies to withdraw more federal funds.  

At some point the logical answer is that CA shouldn't have legislative seats, nor should we keep allowing their brainwashed judges to infect the appellate courts that effect other states.
