What do you mean by copy a windows file path in Linux? Do you mean copying a file that's on the Windows partition to the Linux partition/user home directory? If that's what you want, there's nothing special, just open the file explorer you use normally, navigate to the windows partition, right click, copy, navigate to where you want to copy to, right click, paste. If you are having finding the Windows partition, then we would need more info about your setup to suggest anything.
