A. Most real mass shooters are suicidal anyways

B. There would be a TON of black men getting the death penalty with the current definition of "mass shooting"

C. More armed citizens needs to be the solution if you aren't going to start putting people into mental institutions.

D. We've got WAY bigger problems than mass shootings.

 @b3e72378  Why only "mass shooters"? My solution would be Federal felony for any crime committed while using a firearm. Mandatory life in jail and no pleading down if nobody got injured or died. Anyone injured or dead, mandatory death penalty.
