Maybe Latin America or somewhere in Africa idk. Water/hydroelectricity and permaculture would be at the center of the whole project. Good architecture. Green energy. Good stuff for everyone. What would you do?

Build a completely self efficient town Solar roads Solar windows solar roofs 3D community farm gardens hydroelectric power on a man made river system around said town, mini bitcoin mining farms attached to every home sell what ever power to neighboring towns to cheapen the cost of living within the town eventually citizens living within the town could get monthly checks just for living in the community

I'd build an artist retreate and studio learning center, that advanced the Arts and Bitcoin. We would invite the most accomplished young artists that need scholarships from all over the world, and let them bring back Bitcoin art and information to their communities.
