Whatever you can get cheap and no-KYC.

Then pull out the fans and submerge it in a  liquid dielectric, even cheap white oil. No fans, no dust, no problem.

(Haven't done this with an ASIC, though I have one I'm looking at. Have done with general-purpose computer)
