Has anyone gotten a response from customer service? I messaged them 7 hrs ago about not having access to my playtime game rewards anymore and no response..
I was not aware of any problems. I have already cashed out my rewards and have acquired one of those Apple cards.
Cashing out isn’t the issue I can no longer access my game rewards or am receiving rewards from the games i have been playing
I tried messaging them last week and never got anything from them
Same they told me send a video of the problem and that was a week ago no response
