I read theough the article. It looks like its just a lawyer calling some evidence (provided by them) into question. The fact that their software is a black-box seems to be his reasoning, but he doesn’t give any evidence to prove that their information is innacurate? I don’t know much about them other than they seem to be the most popular service for this type of thing and I’ve heard they are pro-crypto and have heald bitcoin on their balance sheet for 2 years now.
