@7ea6f088 The only bit for negotiations is where Russian border will be. Cracks in EU support are already large, human resources in Ukraine are already wearing thin. But, it is not only de-NATOization, it is also de-EUization because of clear trends toward single EU military. Hence, I think basic Russian demand will be fully demilitarized, neutral rump Ukraine with borders protected by UN troops (and I think they'll stick it to the West w African troops) w USA-EU-Russia treaty ban from NATO&EU
