I've been trying to login every time someone shares a link to a tweet and I want to read the thing, but to no avail. I've already tried to clean up the cache and localStorage and so on. It's weird. Also I've never logged out, it just went into this broken state on its own. It also does that annoying Google login popout that so many websites do today, so it might have be related to that. But whatever, I'm just saying this because every time someone finds a small bug on any Nostr app they complain and say Nostr is a failure that will never be able to compete with giant corporations or something.

I could agree. The first time i am trying to use nostr is with a client called Nostros. The first impression is really not great. It's slow as heck and the global timeline is not even loading properly for literally 3 minutes and scrolling is 3 seconds delayed and that's simply the terrible first experience for me.

You are right. They might be right, too, because Nostr has to work much better for people to actually use it.

It works for hundreds of millions of others. Maybe reinstall? Nostr is not a failure, I just wish clients worked a bit better. And that you didn’t have to bounce around to multiple clients to enjoy certain features. I love the freedom of nostr.(But wish it attracted more people for more content).
