Just discovered the 18-year property cycle from a friend, and it seems quite accurate given the current real estate market trends. 

2008-2015: Recovery Phase 
2015-2021: Boom
2022 (Year 14): Recession Phase

This would mean that the real estate market should recover nominally from 2026. Of course, the price decline of real estate in bitcoin continues. What are your thoughts?  #realestate
