 The District Attorney has ruled that the brutal murder of Manuel #Tortuguita Teran was "justified" and that no charges will be brought against the officers involved in his murder. 

Also "denies" request for records on the case.

 @0957ed09 justified how if the autopsy showed they had their hands up, no weapon, no gun powder residue, the initial reports of them shooting first were LIES told by the pigs to justify their murdering them? the state of georgia is fucked, burn down the court house.
