Is there any free online university class that is about wave/swell forecasting? 

Talk to any lifelong surfer and they have a PHD at reading the long-range charts, but wondering if there are any excellent online materials on the science behind it and how to interpret all that data properly. 

 All I know is bro science 😂.  Please tag if someone finds something.
